10-Feb-2008 -- We decided to visit confluence 28N 48E on Sunday, 10 February 2008 after our visit to 27N 49E, while being on a trip in those regions.

The Confluence is at the crossing of asphalt roads, close to it is a gas station. The area where it is lying is called Jaww al-Niswān and it is a flat and sandy place. There are only few stones and it is to the south of seasonal swaps called Khubārā and Ḍuḥā, being filled with rain water during the time of our visit.

The nearest village to it is Abraq al-Kibrīt and this Confluence is in al-Nu`ayriyya government.

قررنا المرور على الملتقى ٢٨/٤٨ يوم الأحد ١٠/٢/٢٠٠٨ م وقد كنا في رحلة سياحية لتلك المناطق وذلك بعد زيارتنا للملتقى السابق ٢٧/٤٩. ׳

المناطق والملتقى يقع على تقاطع طرق أسفلتية ويقع بالقرب منه محطة بنزين. والمكان الذي يقع فيه يسمى جو النسوان وهو عبارة عن أرض مستوية رملية. بها قليل من الحصى ويقع جنوب عنه مستنقعات موسمية تسمى خبارى وضحى تمتلي بمياه الأمطار وقت نزولها. ׳

وأقرب قرية له يقال لها أبرق الكبريت وهو يتبع لمحافظة النعيرية. ׳
