04-Oct-2005 -- It took me over a year to submit the photos from this visit, sorry about that! Anyway someone had been there before us, looked similar to how the previous team found it.

We were on our way back from visiting the annual eagle festival in Olgii. It was Ben's first visit to Mongolia and Malcolm's first major expedition into the countryside. We didn't hit many confluences on this trip as the main GPS, a Garmin 176c, died on the 2nd or third day and we had to resort to older backup units, a 12XL and a etrex, which I hadn't put the confluences into.
