26-Mar-2007 -- This is an easy confluence to visit - it lies in a ploughed field, less than 100m from a paved road, 1.5 km East of of the village of Kouřim. For me, the hardest part was navigating the twisty maze of narrow country roads leading to Kouřim; fortunately, my GPS receiver's routing software was up to the task.
Fortunately it was a sunny, relatively warm day (about 14 Celsius) when I visited the confluence, and the ploughed field was completely dry when I walked across it. There were a couple of metal pipes sticking out of the ground, very close to the confluence point. Are these pipes intended to mark the confluence point? Probably, although there was nothing written on them.
