North American Tour 2007

Yesterday we all went on the "Maid of the Mist" right to the base of the Niagara Falls. Amazing experience and well worth the 400 mile drive up from North Bergen.

Today dawns bright & sunny and it is Mother's day here in the US - a bonus for my wife as back in the UK we had Mother's Day back in March!

Denny's for breakfast (don't have them in the UK!) and off to this morning's fun Jet Boating. Like having a swimming pool emptied over your head that's only just above freezing! Fantastic fun.

Mid afternoon sees us pull up at the side of the road here, a very nice residential area, especially on a warm and sunny late spring afternoon. The road runs almost exactly due North/South only varying by about 0.2s of arc.

I hop out and take the photo's, there were some people about but nobody paid me any attention at all. Five minutes later and we are on our way for the remaining 368 miles back to our hotel in North Bergen.
