Las vacaciones tocan a su fin, y hay que regresar a casa. Pero aprovechando el camino de vuelta decidimos ir a esta confluencia. En vez de volver por Granada y Jaén, nos desviamos por Córdoba y allí tomar la carretera en dirección a Villaviciosa de Córdoba.

Esta carretera tiene buen asfalto pero también tiene incontables curvas, subidas y bajadas. Unos 14.5 km. antes de llegar a Villaviciosa nos paramos a la entrada del camino a seguir, con la esperanza de poder continuar con el coche algún tramo más pero el camino estaba cortado por una cadena. Así que nos preparamos para una caminata de 3.7 km. de ida, sin contar la vuelta. Y comenzamos a andar, y andar, y andar. Me equivoque al tomar un atajo he hicimos 800 metros mas, retomamos el camino pero mas adelante lo perdimos de nuevo. Al final después de dar varias vueltas por el monte logramos alcanzar la confluencia. Tras realizar las fotos y descansar volvimos por el camino correcto hasta la carretera bastante agotados.

Resumiendo: tardamos en ir 105 minutos, para volver 65 minutos. Y todo esto en Córdoba, Agosto, ola de calor, 41ºC. Una locura. El camino muy bonito por supuesto, muy animado, nos cruzamos con una manada de ciervos a la ida y con un gamo a la vuelta. Al llegar a Villaviciosa comimos en un parque a la entrada del pueblo descubriendo con alegría una fuente de agua muy fresca que nos revitalizo del todo. Y ya para casa con la satisfacción de haber logrado la confluencia mas difícil de todas las que hemos visitado.

The vacations finish, and is necessary to return to house. But taking advantage of the return way, we decided to go to this confluence. Instead of to return by Granada and Jaén, we went to Córdoba, and to take the highway in the direction of Villaviciosa de Córdoba.

This highway has the good asphalt but also it has many curves, ascents and slopes. About 14,5 km before arriving at Villaviciosa we stopped at the entrance of the way to follow, with the hope of being able to continue with the car some section but the way were closed by a chain. So we prepared ourselves for a long walk of 3,7 km of going, without counting the return. And we began to walk, and walk, and walk. I am made a mistake when taking a short cut and I have we made 800 meters more, we retook the way but ahead we lost it again. In the end after giving several returns by the mount we managed to reach the confluence. After realizing the photos and resting we returned by the correct way until the highway exhausted enough.

Summarizing: we take in going 105 minutes, to return 65 minutes. All this in Córdoba, in August, with heat wave and 41ºC, a madness. The way was very beautiful by all means, very animated, we crossed ourselves red deer to the going and a buck to the return. When arriving at Villaviciosa we ate in a park to the entrance of the town discovering with joy a very fresh water source that it revitalized to us absolutely. Then back to home with the satisfaction to have obtained the most difficult confluence of all the than we have visited.
