19-Sep-2010 -- This remote confluence point lies near the edge of a dry lake bed. From Tonopah, I took Nevada Highway 175 (dubbed "Extraterrestrial Highway", due to its proximity to the fabled "Area 51" in Nellis Air Force Base), and then took some (extremely dusty!) dirt roads heading Southeast, and then South, towards the confluence point. Then, a right turn at [38.01540,-115.99126] took me directly to the confluence point.
