21-apr-2014 -- Visitando a confluência 23S 47W

Essa confluência esta localizada na cidade de Valinhos, localizada entre o cemitério Municipal e a divisa com a cidade de Vinhedo numa área natural e ecológica. Já que nós moramos aqui na cidade, decidimos re-visitá-la com objetivo de atualizar as informações sobre a confluencia, mas verificamos que após nossa primeira visita de 2003 o lugar permanece exatamente o mesmo, quase nada foi modificado no local.

A confluência esta situada na parte dos fundos de uma fábrica de fertilizantes e após consultar o vigilante de plantão, não tivemos a permissão da entrada pois se tratava de um feriado nacional no Brasil e o mesmo nos informou que não havia ninguém da empresa que pudesse nos acompanhar. De maneira a não desistir do nosso intento, decidimos pelo nosso plano B.

Através de um detalhado mapa do google, eu (PY2AE) e o amigo Marcel Pazinatto (radioamador PY2PZN), verificamos que o fundo da fábrica faz divisa com uma linda chácara de lazer que possui um mini campo de futebol; mais adiante existe uma chácara com uma plantação de figos, fruta nativa da nossa cidade de Valinhos, que é conhecida nacionalmente pela cultura desta fruta.

Após pedirmos autorização ao meeiro da chácara de figos, entramos e verificamos que havia uma trilha de terra que levava na direção da confluência. Caminhamos por essa trilha e chegamos a menos de 100 mt da confluência. Então, foi só atravessar uma cerca e entrar numa outra chácara de lazer, cruzar um campo de futebol e finalmente pular mais uma cerca que dava acesso aos fundos da fábrica de fertilizante. Quando checamos o GPS verificamos que estávamos a menos de 20 mt da confluência.

A confluência situa-se dentro de um matagal, ao lado de uma clareira e de muitos eucaliptos, no fundo da fabrica de fertilizante e conseguimos facilmente zerar o GPS e tirar as fotos !!!

Na volta paramos no meio do figal e comemos muitos figos frescos e depois foi só pegar o carro e ir embora para o almoço... Tudo bem fácil ! Missão cumprida !!!

Fizemos planos de voltar e visitar esta confluência todos os anos, neste mesmo feriado assim manteremos todas as informações atualizadas para quem porventura tenha interesse em visitá-la.

21-Apr-2014 -- Re-visiting the confluence 23S 47W.

This confluence is located in the Valinhos surroundings between the municipal cemetery and the Vinhedo boarder in a very natural and ecologic area.

Due to the fact that we live here in Valinhos, we decide to re-visit this confluence in order to update the information of the place, but after visiting it we concluded that the place remain exactly the same as our first visit in 2003. Nothing different. The confluence is located in the back side of a fertilizer plant and after consulting the security man in the front gate, we were not authorized to came inside due to the fact that day was the national holyday (21 April – Tiradentes independence martyr) and there were no one to go with us. In way to accomplish our visit we decided to persist and took the Plan B.

After checking the Google Map, I (radio-amateur - PY2AE) and Marcelo Pazinatto (radio-amateur PY2PZN) saw that in the rear side of the fertilizer plant there is a nice bouncer pleasure property with a small soccer field just beside of a agricultural propriety cropped with figs trees, very native and famous is the whole country.

After getting permission to walk in the middle of fig crop we reached a simple fence that we jumped easily and arrived in other private propriety and after walking around 80 meter we arrived very close of the confluence. We were lucky and checked that no one were around this propriety and decided to continuous and consequent reaching the back side of the power plant. We needed only to crossing an small soccer field and faced the last fence to be jumped and we confirmed that we were less than 20 meters from the exactly point. Then… we jumped again the fence and reached the fertilizer plant terrain, but now from the rear side.

After checking that there were no guards in that area, we walked through a small bush field and finally reached the zero point of the confluence in a flat terrain with nothing in it.

Mission accomplished!!! In the back way we made a stop in the fig crop and ate a lot of delicious fresh figs celebrating the mission!!!

We made plans to every year in this exact holyday we will came back to check the confluence and write update here.
