26-Jun-2000 -- On the 26th of June we returned from Italy, where we spent a few days. During the preparation of our little vacation I'd already looked for the next confluence point as close as possible to our way. And there has been one at 45 North and 9 West, situated very close to the highway from Genova to Piacenza and quite easy to find. It needed only 45 minutes to shoot the first confluence point in Italy. It's a funny point, because it is located within a pool surrounded by a little garden (better to say, it could have [been] its location, because [of] the internal accurracy of 21 meters and the size of the pool, the point could be outside by all means =;-), but let us give it this speciality).

It had been a hot summer day and a nice interruption of our tour back home to Germany. Up to the next one!
