28-Jul-2017 -- I have a very long way to drive - and not enough time - but there is a confluence just off the direct route and very close to my camp site...

It would be possible to drive to within ~150 m of the confluence - but it is a private road and you would block it whilst off c-hunting.

The forest is early-middle aged plantation on lake alluvium - its going to be a lot nicer after thinning and brashing but at the moment it is a little dense and it is tricky to get a good GPS lock - in the end I resorted to using my phone - which is about 15 years newer than my GPS.

There is not a lot to see at the confluence but trees - and unusually for Sweden in midsummer - nothing to eat.
