05-Jul-2020 -- Like many confluencers, the Covid 19 pandemic locked us up in our own country. After the confinement order was canceled we took a few days to visit friends and family and visited 4 CP lying along our itinerary ; all of them are located in a private properties so we did not zero any of them as we were reluctant to enter the properties without authorization.

N46 E5 may one of the dullest point in France. It is located in a commercial / industrial compound currently occupied by a farming gear retail company. It is very close to the northern side of the highway running from Valence to Grenoble and crossing the North 45 parallel. As we tried our visit on a Sunday we were unable to enter the compound and we approached the point from the western fence of the compound and this brought us less than 5 meters from the actual point. Close enough to see that a big red shiny tractor was oddly parked right on the point.
