16-May-2023 -- We are west on highway 401. We take the turnoff 487 to Grafton where we turn onto the Shelter Valley road which leads us as close as 150m to the confluence.

There are two houses, before the first house coming from the west is an overgrown path which is locked up. Going further west is a maintained gravel road leading up the hill with no gates or signs. After 120 meters out of the woods it was clear, further up there was the ongoing construction site for an house and some large-scale landscaping on the go. This made it easy to come close to the confluence. The remaining 40 meters are at a light wooded strip with a lot of thorns in it surrounded by a forest.
