26-марта-2025 – В планах лыжного похода было посещение точек конфлюенции 68°N 68°E, 68°N 67°E, 68°N 66°E, 68°N 65°E. Поезд из Саратова доставил группу в город Лабытнанги. Оттуда на арендованных УАЗах мы добрались до станции Паюта. Переночевали в тёплом вагончике фактории. До 68°N 68°E 24 км по прямой. Сюрпризом стало малое количество снега в тундре. На ночлег остановились в 4,5 км от цели, на берегу озера. Утром пересекли реку Байдарата и вышли к слиянию. Река замёрзла, ширина 150–200 метров, берега крутые обрывистые. Вокруг точки ровная тундра, сеть озёр. Пасмурно, слабый ветер, –5°С.

Точка расположена Приуральском районе Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа. Ближайшие населённый пункт – станция Паюта. Она находится в 24 километрах восточнее слияния. Это железнодорожная станция на 188 километре линии «Обская – Карская». Лабытнанги и Паюту связывает автодорога. Отсюда по зимникам можно добраться до Бованенково и Нового Порта. Рядом со станцией есть небольшой посёлок-фактория. В посёлке пекарня, магазин и фельдшерско-акушерский пункт. Для детей оленеводов в Паюте открыты детский сад и школа. Хозяева приютили на ночь нашу группу.

Следующая наша цель – 68°N 67°E, направление западное. Расстояние по прямой 41,7 км.

26-Mar-2025 – The plans for the ski trip included a visit to the confluence points 68°N 68°E, 68°N 67°E, 68°N 66°E, 68°N 65°E. The train from Saratov took the group to the city of Labytnangi. From there, we got to the Payuta station in rented UAZs. We spent the night in a warm cabin of the trading post. It is 24 km as the crow flies to 68°N 68°E. The small amount of snow in the tundra was a surprise. We camped overnight 4.5 km from the target, on the shore of a lake. In the morning we crossed the Baydarata River and reached the confluence. The river was frozen, 150–200 meters wide, with steep, rugged banks. Around the point there is flat tundra, a network of lakes. Cloudy, light wind, –5°C.

The confluence point is located in the Priuralsky District of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The nearest settlement is Payuta station. It is located 24 kilometers east of the confluence. This is a railway station on the 188-th kilometer of the Obskaya - Karskaya line. Labytnangi and Payuta are connected by a road. From here you can get to Bovanenkovo and Novy Port on winter roads. Near the station there is a small village-factory. In the village there is a bakery, a shop and a feldsher-obstetric center. A kindergarten and a school are open for reindeer herders' children in Paiuta. The locals sheltered our group for the night.

Our next target is 68°N 67°E, in the western direction. The straight line distance is 41.7 km.
