12-May-2001 -- Our first successful confluence was in Segovia province, near Torrecaballeros where Beatriz was born.

We arrived from Madrid crossing the mountains by Puerto de Navafría road were you can see the Chorro de Navafría, a nice waterfall.

After a walk of 730 meters from the road, we arrived to the confluence in the middle of a ranch (by luck the cattle were 200 meters away).

To take lunch we decided to visit Turegano (25 Km away), nice place, nice food, beautiful castle and environment.

The visitors were (Left to right, top to bottom): Pedro Acebes, Maria José García, Ana (Pedro & Beatriz daughter), Beatriz Gómez, Miguel Blanco, Marisa Durán and Javier Alcoriza (photographer).
