16-Mar-2002 -- This was an easy confluence near a major highway, Ca. 99, but was on a farmer's land. We didn't know about getting accesss to the land but knew it was on a dirt driveway leading to a farm house. As we drove up there were two farmers talking on the farm next door. So we asked if they knew the owners of the farm next door and one of the farmers told us he was the owner. We told him of the confluence project and he said he knew about it and that someone from England was just there last week and he knew the spot was just about 100 yards away on the dirt driveway and to go ahead and check it out. So we got our pictures and thanked him for his patience with us. Nice people and great farming country.
