18-Dec-2002 -- I had spent the afternoon geocaching in Crawling Valley nearby, so I thought it might be fun to end the day with my first confluence find.

The log of the previous visit indicated that I should be able to find this confluence without too much trouble. I think that if it hadn't been found before, or if I hadn't geocached in this area before, I would have turned around because the public access isn't very clear in this area.

You can pretty much drive right up to the confluence on the trails. The trail kind of peters out about 50m from the confluence, but you can finish that last bit with no problem. Watch out for the ditch if you do happen to drift off the trail.

Was there any adventure? Well, umm, I just about ran out of gas.
