03-Mar-2003 -- We were in Pudentopolis(PR) in the end of afternoon, after we have visited Sao Francisco Fall (the highest in Parana), and Sao Joao Fall. I saw a confluence in gps screen far 13 km, from the exit to Sao Joao Fall.

We give up to look for falls and start to look for the confluence. The direction was rigth way the gravel road was taking. So we began to follow the road, that led us to Barra, following a crest in a irregular landscape.

The unpaved road started to be dangerous, the car sometimes slides, we used the 4WD to drive the car, and at last we stopped near the Farm. We found a large family there, and ask permission to go to backwards to search the confluence.

I climbed some irregular field, with weeds, a abandoned and old cropped. I was around 4:50 PM, and the confluence was far from 1000 metres. We saw a lot of small hills arounds, and to confluence we had to climb more, in a lot of brushes. We give up to search.
