17-Mar-2001 -- Getting to this confluence is no adventure as it falls within yards (see car in picture 3) of the paved highway 130 in Utah north of Cedar City. The terrain is very flat and the vegetation is very monotonous. The mountains to the east and south had just received some of that famous Utah snow. Besides skiing the area is famous for the Zion and Bryce National Parks which are not far from here.
