01-Oct-2023 -- Driving from Strasbourg to Stuttgart (for a short vacation in south-western Germany), I made a detour to visit this Degree Confluence Point. Like most of the previous visitors (I think), I parked at a turnout at [48.99473,9.98273], 1.4km Southwest of the point, and hiked the rest of the way. (The forest here is signposted (in German) as being closed to vehicle traffic, except for forestry operations.)
Forestry roads took me within 100m of the point; I had to bushwhack through the forest the rest of the way. I was a bit surprised to find that the point was covered by trees, as Google Earth imagery from as recent as 2020 shows the point bare (cleared by logging). The trees here must have grown quickly in just 3 years.
Here is a remote-controlled aerial video of this confluence point.
