28-May-2007 -- On 28 may 2007 we decided to visit the confluence 51N 5E. Before we left we read the stories of the previous visitors. We also printed the map provided by visitor Terje Mathisen (visit 22 may 2005). That map was very useful.

After a 90 minutes drive we parked our car at the edge of the town of Zichem. We walked for about 45 minutes and reached the confluence 51N 5E. It took us quite some time to get all the zeros.

We took the required photos and walked back towards our car. The weather was fine, 15 degrees Celcius and dry. If we had had more time, we would also have visited the nearby Maagentoren and Abbey of Averbode.
