24-Jul-2019 -- During our summer holidays in Canada, I took the chance to visit some confluence points. The story continues from 44°N 77°W visit #4.

We came the Ashburn Road from direction south and stopped at the crossing with Myrtle Road West. On the picture of the crossing you can see the nice looking Ashburn Country Corner, which is a boutique. After turning left, direction WSW, I took the picture of the road at a distance of around 200 metres from the mentioned crossing, near the Presbyterian Church. I parked the car next to the road, when the distance to the CP of 125 m was shown on the GPS. After crossing the road I realized that the field was famed and that young crops grew. Furthermore this field was fenced and on the left side, along the fence, I saw a sign which sais Entrance forbidden or similar. So I checked the GPS, realized, that I was already inside the radius of 100 m from the confluence 44°N 79°W and decided to make a not-perfect-visit. It was a pity, but especially in Canada, with my experiences from 45N-77W and 46N-72W, I think that is better to act carefully. Later on the DCP website I found out that at least two other visitors did it the same. Maybe a future visitor should take the way through the cemetery and then over the field. Very high growing plants beside the fields made it impossible to walk around it, as done by the latest visitor. One detail: the maximum speed was changed from 60 (in 2011) to 50 km/h.

Here the story ends. Due to the visits of all together one dozen of confluence point I and partly also my family, got to know some interesting, nice and also pristine places in Canada!
