25-Jun-2007 -- I had bad luck in Cyprus with confluences. :-(((

After first confluence near to Ayia Napa next day we had a trip to Nicosia-Troodos-Limassol-Larnaca-Ayia Napa. During this trip I put a via point near to this confluence between Nicosia and the highest point of Cyprus - Troodos.

Before our journey I had read all of information about approaching the point. So I was ready to climb to the top of the hill. But I didn't calculate with the stones on the hillside...

Unfortunately I lost a lot of time and I promised my wife (who was waiting at the car and she is pregnant) that I would be in a hurry. So I had to turn back before the target. :-( As I saw I was 150 meter from the confluence BUT it was not at the right position. Unfortunately my GPS had bad Map Datum. :-((( When I checked my path at home I realised my mistake...So my nearest point was about 190 meter from the confluence.

So I tried to catch the point but... it was incomplete... :-(

Anyway the scenery was beautiful and the stream was very fresh for me my way back.
