29-Apr-2007 -- This confluence was visited on a journey from Skellefteå to Lund (along more than half of Sweden) to see my sister and go biking on Bornholm. I stayed overnight in my brother's house in Handen, and early in the morning drove along the road Nynäsvägen to Landfjärden and found a small gravel road going in the east direction. There was a runic stone on the north road side after a very short distance. I drove until I reached a road block, but realized that the right way to go was to turn right somewhat before the road block. Then I had to park the car, because motor traffic was banned. I unfolded my little bike and continued about one km and a half. Then the confluence was just on the other side of a rocky, forested ridge. It was actually only some 50 m from the shore, but at maybe 30 m elevation in a rather steep, rocky and partly moss-covered slope in the forest.
On the continued journey towards Södertälje, I heard on the radio that the Norwegian orienteering team Halden had won a race in the area also this year!
