10-Aug-2022 -- A rather long cross country drive through North East Germany - lots of agriculture, oak woodland, nice views and small quiet villages - was made more interesting when my confluence-warning sounded.
Just a very small detour and I'm parked nearby and, oh, the field is full of sugar beet. I took my first set of photos from the road (about 80m from the CP) and then on my way back down the hill I spotted a long and winding route, from the tractor access all the way to the CP, which I could follow without causing any damage to the crops - great.
So a second set of photos from ~10m from the CP.
On a very hot and sunny August afternoon this is a pleasant visit. Not sure I'd want to be back in the winter - grey skies, sleet and lots of mud I would guess.
