30-Jul-2026 – This is the 4th of 6 CP visits made during a 6 week trip to Sweden. The prevoius is N52°E15°.

After another slow drive along country roads I arrived near the CP around 3 p.m. Again I had planned 2 possible routes to this CP: from the North-West and from the South. I decided to try from the North-West first. When I turned off the tarmac road it was immediately obvious that I could not drive more than about 100 m before I would have to start walking. Maybe if I had a tractor. So I headed to the South of the CP. Again I couldn't drive as far as I wanted but the distance was not too far. However it turned into a difficult trek to the CP. It started easily enough along a dirt track but then I had to navigate across a cabbage field along the tracks left by a tractor, then through some reeds in a ditch separating 2 fields and then through a field that had bushes and thorn bushes growing in it. I didn't help that I could not use my Garmin to 'direct' me straight to the CP but use Google maps to get me near to the CP and the Garmin to finally home in as best as possible. On top of that it was very hot which made it even more of a slog.

Having finally arrived at the CP the usual photos were quickly taken and I returned to the car. The return journey was a bit easier since I knew where I was going and also a bit shorter.

I headed North towards N54°E15° stoping in Trzebiatów for the night.
