This was the 17th CP (of 20) on our 5-week campingcartour to Scandinavia 2026 – the tour had started at 51°N 13°E . To make it clear: this CP isn't the reason to practise this hobby/sport or “whatever it is”, that confluencing is about.
This CP has nothing at all. No interessant landscape, no physical effort – only good for the statistics. The surrounding is very easy to reach – but the zeros are difficult to achieve, since ringing at a police station, just to get access to the parking place isn't everybody's taste.
So coming from 53°N 13°E our navi led us to a business park in the southern parts of „Angermünde“. There the CP is located just behind a fence of the „Bundespolizeidirektion Angermünde“. Hopping over the fence – this time no option, ringing at the bell on a public holiday, and then endless talks on an intercom – not in the mood for it. And whilst the 10 minutes at the location, nobody entered or left the building and/or parking place – so no chance for an spontaneous talk with somebody. So for this time I documented the CP from the „wrong side of the fence“, (nobody took notice of photographing the compound/parking place) and left this place to focus on the good things in life.
Next CP was 52°N 14°E.
