31-Mar-2002 -- This confluence was near hwy 99 across the California aquaduct. But the road to it was not there as a new freeway exit was made and closed the acess road. So after going through oil fields, a cattle ranch and a luckily open gate across the aquaduct we found it up a steep hill that overlooks the hills.
