22-Apr-2002 -- Easy to find ... easy to approach …. travelling trough the rural countryside of Western Flanders (West Vlaanderen) dominated by farming I turned off the N35 in direction south. As indicated on the map the CP is situated in a triangle of the junction Hazewindstraat/ Zuidbosstraat/ Zuidstraat. There I found the house of Mrs. DEZILTER.
She was busy to keep her garden in a perfect condition. I parked directly in front of her house (picture in other visit) and after I had presented a print of visit#1 (‘Oh, this is my house’) we found out that the narrative directed us to the pasture across the Hazewindstraat. But my GPS led me directly into the garden of Mrs. DEZILTER which is protected by a small, black and very noisy dog.
After careful crossing the garden several times it was found that the CP is just behind the green fence, about in wheat field (~1m). To crosscheck this finding it was necessary to walk on a very narrow strip between the fence and the grain field.
Thanks to Mrs. DEZILTER and her patience it was a real nice visit even if my observations did not fully match with visitor#1.
