04-Aug-2001 -- While driving through Contra Costa County, I decided to detour to visit this confluence. (It had already been visited by others before, but that was before Selective Availability was turned off in March 2000.)

The confluence is located in rolling grassland, just inside the Concord Naval Weapons Station, next to Willow Pass Road. A security fence prevented me from visiting the exact confluence point, but I was able to get within 168 feet (51 metres), which is within the allowed accuracy for a successful visit.
