01-Jun-2003 -- I attempted this Confluence going on the narrative of the previous visitors. The cut-path to the east of the confluence has been washed away by recent heavy rains. All that is left is a rock slide and loose boulders. I attempted going up it but I didn't have the proper equipment to scale the trail or the wash. Perhaps during winter with a backpack it will be reachable again. I took a couple shots. The first one is a gypsum train going by from the foot of the path. The other is of the narrow gauge tracks. This confluence is easy to get to by most any vehicle, it's just the final climb.
