10-Feb-2004 -- Esta confluencia dio mucho trabajo porque está muy cerca del Rio Colorado, y por supuesto el mapa indicaba que la confluencia estaba al sur, y en realidad estaba al norte, lo que descubrimos luego de andar casi dos horas tratando de acercarnos por el otro lado.

Para compensar, cuando finalmente cruzamos el rio y obtuvimos permiso del encargado, la confluencia se encontraba justo en el camino interno de la estancia, lo que me permitió tomar el Fix del GPS desde el asiento del conductor. Un lujo!

Se puede apreciar que es campo arido con arbustos, excepto hacia el sur, donde está el Rio Colorado. Se utiliza para cria de vacas. En la parte fertil se siembra frutales.

This confluence was very hard Cork since it is very close to the Colorado River, and of couse, the map indicated the point to the south when it is really to the north. Something we founc out after two hours of walking on the wrong side.

To compensate, once we finally crossed the river and got permission, the confluence was just next to a trail in the ranch, which allowed me to get zeros from the driver seat. A luxury.

This is arid land with bushes, except to the south where the Colorado river is. This region is to rise cows or plant fruit trees.
