06-May-2009 -- This confluence point is the last point we have visited during our spring holiday stay in England.

It was located about 35 km from Oxford. Again nice weather. We took the A34, the A41 to Bicester and the A4421 to Buckingham. Around 12:00 we arrived there. I did read the journals of other visitors, so I drove to the A422 and stopped the car at the gate of the field where the confluence point was situated.

Over the gate I went and sort of ran to the confluence avoiding sheep droppings. Unfortunately there was no sheep around. It would have made this trip more exciting but I did go on someone's property and there was somebody shouting "Hey!! What are you doing?? Are you making a photo of this buiding??"

This never happened before, so it was a little exciting to me. May be he was suspicious because I was running. The man was a security guard of the building next to the field and the building can be seen in one of the photograph I have taken. He had security problems and that's why he asked me about my strange behaviour. After explaining, he thanked me and was relieved.

I took the pictures and returned to the car. Afterwards we went to Stowe Gardens, had a lovely walk and did meet sheep in the end.
