24-Jun-2010 -- Continued from 54N-01W.

This is the second of two international visits today. As we are approaching from the North, I swing left to park up by Lowdham station showing Rainer the manual signal box. There can't be many left anywhere, it isn't push a button either, it's the old fashioned pull the lever to switch the points & signals.

Onwards to the CP, park up past where Rainer walked in from before and we stroll around the edge of the field. When I was here last the corner of the field where the CP is was bare. Now it is a little corner full of beautiful sweet smelling flowers.

I have never seen them here or indeed anywhere else before. Document the visit, back to the car and head South to drop Rainer off in Bishops Stortford before I continue on to my appointment.
