26-Aug-2010 -- At the confluence point there is a granite stone with a north-south-east-west marking. Next to it a poster stating that at this point, 15 East, the sun is at its summit at 12 noon. A definition of the central European time, in other words.
Close to the confluence is an old watermill and a former trout breeding centre. A couple of ladies walking their dogs could also told us that there were a number of archeological findings in the area, this southernmost tip of the Bornholm island. Queen Margrethe was excavating some of these finds about fifty years ago while she was a student, the ladies told us.
