24-Aug-2011 -- Spending a couple of days troubleshooting network problems just north of Gothenburg, with the afternoon free I could take 30 min to visit this point once more:
I drove from Fars Hatt hotel (lit.: "My Father's Hat") north along the Göta river, then took smaller roads until I got to the confluence. There is roadside parking less than 50 m from the point, so I just pulled over, walked up the hillside a few meters and started the zero dance.
Due to dense, wet forest I never got EGNOS corrections, and my basic GPS accuracy figures varied a bit, so my all-zero photo showed 6m.
There has been enough visitors to this point that there's a barely discernible path from the closest point on the road, and the confluence point area has obviously been walked upon.
The land is quite boggy, and there's a couple of fallen trees making it harder to do a proper confluence shuffle, but still a very easy point.
