02-Nov-2013 -- This confluence is now on someone's house block in the new Jiparu estate near Murrumbateman, and there is now public access that will take you within about 25 m of the actual spot.

I found out about this Project and realised that this area is currently being developed and that I should now be able to get close enough without having to enter private land, so I decided to take a detour on my way out to a BBQ and make my first confluence visit (quite an easy one to start with - close to home and in what is now becoming an inhabited area - so not a lot of preparation needed for this one :)

When I got out there, I was able to walk along the public access to a spot along the fence that was approx 25 m away, near what will probably become quite a pretty dam. As the owner of the block has not started building on it yet, there was nobody there, so I decided to be sneaky and hop the fence and get right to the actual spot.
