10-Jan-2022 -- The 'urban sprawl' observed by the previous visitor almost six years ago has since inched its way ever closer to this CP. The point is now located within a new suburban house block, but fortunately quite close to a boundary fence adjoining public land. And, on the day of my visit, I was very pleased to find that the public land side had been freshly mowed - almost as if the mower knew that a confluence visit was imminent! So, although I did not stand on the point, with longer arms I could almost reach over the fence and touch it. My next quest will likely be the next CP due south of here - also on private land. Wish me luck.
