29-Jul-2018 -- Having spent much of the day visiting three chateaux (Blois, Chambord, Cheverny) in the Loire valley, I ended the day by making a detour to visit this easy Degree Confluence Point, which lies in a farm field, just 50 m east of a road.
Previous visitors have described crops (cabbage and wheat) growing in the field, but there was no crop growing there at the time of my visit; just ‘stubble’ from a previous wheat (I think) crop. However, corn was growing in the field immediately to the North.
