17-May-2001 -- The point is in a pasture beside a dirt track in the Clover Valley about eight miles south of Wells, NV, off NV 232, Clover valley Road. Clover Valley is a north-south valley between the East Humboldt Range on the west and the Pequop Mountains on the east.
