04-Aug-2020 -- This the fifth of 14 CP visits made during a road trip through the Czech republic and Germany.

Having spent the previous evening and the morning walking around the most famous sights of Berlin, we headed out of the city to the North to our next CP. Arriving at 14:30 we were surprised to be able to park right by the CP - we had not checked the terrain on the confluence.org website. Having gotton out of the car with GPS and cameras hanging round our necks we were immediately asked by someone in the police compound what we were doing and why we were photographing the compound. This query was quickly successfully answered and we proceded to take the necessary photos. While doing this another person in the compound informed us that there was a rescue helicopter station we might want to visit along the road a short distance away.

So with photos in the can, we headed along the road to visit the helicopter station. Sadly there was not activity to be observed. Also across the road there was a solar farm and green but unwelcoming looking pond to take a look at.

Job done, we headed West to the next CP.
