20-Dez-2014 -- Auf unserer diesjährigen Jahreswechselreise verbrachten wir die erste Nacht in Nürnberg. Von dort kommend führte unser neues Navigationsgerät uns über Crailsheim bis auf einen Waldweg. Auf diesem arbeitete ein Bagger und so fuhren wir ein Stück zurück, um keinen Ärger mit dem Forst zu bekommen.

Es ging zu Fuß los und nach 500 Meter kamen wir an eine Kreuzung, wo ein Schild auf den Confluence-Punkt hinwies. Ich hielt mich auf dem rechten Weg, sprang über den Bach, aber das Dickicht wurde zu dicht und ich kehrte zurück auf den Weg. Ich musste aber noch einmal zurück, da ich meinen Kompass verloren hatte. Ein Stück weiter auf dem Weg stieß ich auf ein Halden-Schild, überquerte erneut den Bach, es ging etwas einen Hang hinauf und links haltend fand ich den Confluence Punkt 49N 10E. Wie so oft hatte ich Probleme, das GPS-Gerät zu fotografieren. Zurück zum Auto und dann ging es weiter zum Punkt 49N 9E.

20-Dec-2014 -- During this year's New Year trip we spent the first night in Nuremberg. From there, our new navigation system led us to Crailsheim until we reached a forest path. An excavator was working there, so we went back a little to not get into trouble with the forest business.

We started walking and after 500 meters we came to a junction where a sign pointed to the confluence point. I thought I was on the right track, jumped over the stream, but the thicket was too thick and I went back on the road. But I had to return back because I had lost my compass. A little further along the road I came across a stockpiles sign, crossed the river again, went up a slope and kept to the left. I found the confluence point 49N 10E. As so often, I had trouble taking a picture of the GPS device. I went back to the car and continued on to the point 49N 9E.
