29-Июня-2019 – Накануне мы от точки 40°N 0° поехали в сторону Франции. Термометр за бортом авто показывал +44°C. Заночевали мы около города Перпиньян во Франции.

Следующий день был тоже жарким, но чуть менее. Мы ехали в Германию и по дороге заехали на конфлюенцию 46°N 5°E. Она расположена в регионе Овернь-Рона-Альпы, в озёрном крае (или это пруды?) к северо-востоку от Лиона. Собственно, к пересечению можно подъехать на машине. Остаётся пройти буквально 50 метров по частной территории, окружающий некий замок (Le Château de la Grange à Lapeyrouse).

Точка расположена на краю круглого парка у замка. На северо-восток виден пруд Нёф, на северо-запад – сам замок.

29-Jun-2019 – The day before we set off towards France from the confluence 40°N 0°. The thermometer overboard my car showed +44°C. We spent the night near the city of Perpignan in France.

The next day was also hot, but a less then yesterday. We were driving to Germany and on our way we visited the confluence 46°N 5°E. It is located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in the lake district (or are they the ponds?) to northeast of Lyon. Actually, one can drive to the confluence by car. It was remaining to walk literally 50 meters through the private territory surrounding some castle (Le Château de la Grange à Lapeyrouse).

The confluence point is located on the edge of a round park near the castle. To the north-east one can see the pond Neuf, to the north-west one can see the castle itself.
