03-May-2002 -- After passing the village of Langrish I reached the junction 'East Meon/Ramsdean'. The farm building could already be recognized from there. As soon as I left the narrow pass (picture from visit#1) I saw already the farm stables on the left.
A car parked in the entry of the building and I was full of confidence to obtain a permission to enter the area. I carefully called for somebody, but after sometime I concluded that nobody was present at the moment. The CP is situated about 50m beyond the locked gates and was easy to recognize in the back corner of the shack.
The milk cows were very interested in me, but I couldn't understand or ask them, though. I finally put the print and the panel on a brick in the entrance of the milking shed. After sunset was in progress I decided to drive on, first into direction Ramsdean.
Now I could recognize that the next building is the real 'BARROW HILL FARM'. I played with the thoughts of ringing and still asking for permission. But it was too late to disturb hardworking people. I turned back and drove off in direction to the Channel.
