28-Oct-2016 -- On our way home from Costa Brava, Figueras, and Gerona, we stopped on a very nice campground near Narbonne, close to the beautiful town Gruissan.

At that time of the year, the coast is empty and quiet, no tourists, no traffic jams. From Gruissan I followed the Highway back south to the town La Palme, parked the car next to some olive trees and walked up the hill on a dust road for approx. 2 km.

It was very warm and sunny, best conditions for a nice walk and a good GPS Signal. From top of the hill, where I found the confluence easily, you have a nice view over the bay. I was happy to collect at least one confluence on that trip as I wasn´t successfull some days before at 42°N 3°E, where the land owner was not very amused when I arrived at his property and tried to explain what I was looking for. But anyway, it was his property and I had to accept his NO. From Gruissan we went over to Carcassonne and back home to Germany the next day.
