03-Apr-2008 -- The beginnings of this visit go back to the beginning of February, before I went on my recent trip to the Emerald Isle.
I received an email from Wojciech Czombik regarding a visit he proposed to the UK in early April. I replied suggesting that maybe we could met and do a visit or two. Over the next 7 weeks the plans were finalised.
This morning I set off for Bedford railway station arriving at 08:50 to find Wojciech already waiting for me, the flight was on time and the connections just happened to work out.
I have been to this point before, with my daughter Rachel, with Alfredo from Venezuela and BBC Radio Northampton. It has changed, showing yet again the value of repeat visits.
The local farming supplies company is having a new large distribution warehouse built at the top of the field. We walked down towards the point, then I realised that there new born lambs in the field and the mum's weren't overly happy. Still a sheep isn't a bull is it!
The documentation was swiftly done and we carefully left the field. A quick nip round to Stowe school and Silverstone before I dropped Wojciech off at Bletchley Park, where Enigma was broken in WW2.
